Farrah — aka Miss May

Pity the wolf that runs into Farrah Abraham in the woods.

Check out the 19-year-old Teen Mom alum posing for J. Anthony Digital Photography's "Mastering the Art of American Motorcycles" calendar in which Farrah—aka Miss May—wears a medieval-chic outfit she designed herself that's meant to invoke Red Riding Hood.

Red Riding Hood after she's skinned the Big Bad Wolf and made a minidress out of his hide, that is.

"I encouraged all of the models to be involved in brainstorming about their shoots and thought we'd come up with a more creative outcomes that way," photographer Jaye Ott told Starcasm.net. "In looking at the way Farrah's shoot developed, it was as if Red Riding Hood skinned the wolf and was wearing him."

Farrah was in turn inspired by the red "wolf" Big Dog bike she's posing in front (and on top) of.

Ott said that Farrah, who in addition to heralding May flowers also graces the cover of his 2012 calendar, is already being considered for his 2013 homage to classic cars and hot rods.

Meet the Fockers

Meet the Parents is enjoyable just about any time you happen upon it. It works Saturday afternoons on TBS, or as a Thanksgiving rental when the family is over and Mom might be offended by the antics of Will Ferrell in Anchorman. Granted, Stiller is playing the same loser, put upon character he always plays, but well, that’s because he’s really good at that character. In Meet the Parents that character works better than ever.

So Meet the Fockers is the sequel that well… just probably didn’t need to happen. The risk is that it’ll end up being another Analyze That. Can a repeat of more of the same still be funny? Maybe, I mean they have Dustin Hoffman… he’s funny… isn’t he? Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand join the returning cast of Robert DeNiro, Blythe Danner, and Teri Polo. Dustin and Babs jump in as Stiller’s parents, the Fockers. Somehow, Stiller’s parents and Teri Polo’s, the Byrnes end up stuck together in the same house. I guess the Fockers have them over for dinner. Whatever. It’s supposed to be funny because you see Jack Byrnes is really anal retentive and the Fockers are all a bunch of super-liberal hippies. You see now why the Babs casting is appropriate.

The real problem is that we’ve seen this before. It was on TV in a quickly forgotten little show called “Dharma & Greg”. For about five minutes it was really popular, and stayed so just long enough to make Jenna Elfman famous. Can Meet the Fockers deliver anything better than the mildly funny melba toast humor of “Dharma”? Our only hope is the Jesus-lovin, wood carving character of Owen Wilson.

The Red Story

The Story
Ex-CIA agent Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) isn't adjusting well to retirement. He's completely bored, and the only bright spots in his otherwise dull days is when he calls Sarah (Parker) to complain about his missing retirement check. The missing check is just a ruse as he really wants someone - preferably female - to talk to. Soon the two are setting up a face-to-face meeting which Frank is absolutely delighted about. But his dream of a nice evening with the friendly Sarah is dashed after his home is riddled with bullets by a squad of hitmen. One thing leads to another and soon he's holding Sarah against her will in attempt to save her life - which is definitely not anyone's idea of a good first date.
"Bruce Willis and Mary-Louise Parker in Red"

Bruce Willis and Mary-Louise Parker in 'Red.'

So now Frank's forced out of retirement - not that he minds - and forced into seeking out his old (as in also retired) buddies from the CIA. Joe (Morgan Freeman) lives in a retirement home and seems to have adjusted relatively well. Victoria (Mirren) looks completely comfortable in her gorgeous home, arranging flowers and carrying on as though she's embraced retirement. But looks are deceiving as she's taking 'odd jobs' on the side that have nothing to do with putting together pretty floral arrangements. And Marvin (John Malkovich) is a loony conspiracy theorist who was given LSD on a daily basis while he was still in the CIA. Together they must figure out why they're being targeted by killers. And to complicate matters, a rising star in the CIA, William Cooper (Karl Urban, the youngster of the lead cast and the guy who gets to engage in hand-to-hand combat with Willis in one of the film's best action scenes), would like nothing better than to bring in Frank and his reactivated sidekicks.

Mobile STAR the Karbon Screen

Rekha and SRK were performing together atn Mobile STAR the Karbon Screen this year and Rekha, being a true professional, kept on rehearsing till she got her act to perfection. As a result SRK didn’t have an option and he parked himself at the rehearsal hall to match up to Rekha’s stature. She did not leave him till she was completely happy with their act.

In the meanwhile, Katrina waited for four hours for the rehearsal stage. Rekha was extremely nice to Katrina when she met her backstage. She told her that she was thoroughly impressed and mesmerized by her Belly Dancing in Sheila Ki Jawani and floored the young actress by asking her to teach her some thumkas and jhatkas right there. Katrina was more than happy to oblige.

For the first time since the release of Sheila Ki Jawani, Katrina performed on the song on stage. She danced to an exclusive mix of Sheila Ki Jawani, Zara Touch Me from Race, and the reggae song, Burn It Up by Wysin and Yandel featuring R.Kelly. Katrina set the stage on fire with her sizzling act. She wore costumes from the song, including a short sari and harem pants with a sexy blouse. Her Belly Dancing performance will amaze you!

Rekha had a lot of fun on stage with SRK and Shahid and the other way also holds true. She looked gorgeous in a golden saree, her trademark red lipstick and side-swept loose hair. She enthralled one and all with shayari from her hit songs such as Salaam-e-ishq and In aankhon ki masti mein and SRK matched his Urdu with hers. Her grace was enchanting and it would be wonderful to see her dance more often. With her eternal sensuality and timeless beauty, she can give any young actress a run for her money. Shahid behaved like a young boy learning from the veterans and he was utterly cute and charming. Both SRK and Shahid were very respectful towards Rekha and all the humour and flirting was in good taste.

Watching TV

Americans spent more time in front of the TV than ever before in 2010—an average of 34 hours per person per week, up about 1 percent for the year, according to data from the Nielsen Company.

What on earth are we watching?

Not the news. In spite of a massive oil spill, the ongoing wars, crazy political candidates, and a heated midterm election, all three major cable news networks—Fox News Channel, MSNBC, and CNN—showed a decline in viewership. Instead, people tuned in to reality TV shows and sports and took strolls down memory lane: Eight of the 10 highest-rated telecasts of 2010 were football games, the ratings company found, and the most popular new show was CBS's "Hawaii Five-O," a revival of a 40-year-old cop drama with a super-catchy theme song.

With shrinking household budgets and rising entertainment costs, it's no wonder that people are spending more time in front of the TV and less time (and money) at the movies; if you've shelled out beaucoup bucks for a fancy HDTV, why not let Netflix bring the movies to you?

But even if you actually managed to keep up with the Kardashians, faithfully follow "Glee," root for your favorite team, or catch every iteration of "Real Housewives" and "CSI" on broadcast and cable, 34 hours of TV watching in a week is still an awful lot of tube time—nearly five hours a day, every day. Which shows are worth it? This is definitely not a definitive list, but here's a handful of shows to get you started:

Pretty much anything on the Discovery Channel
"Mythbusters", "Dirty Jobs", and "Planet Earth" are just three of the smart shows this channel has to offer. We like the channel in general, because it has a great mix of information, real-life drama (as opposed to "Jersey Shore"-esque drama), and humor.

"The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report"
Not only does it often provide comedy gold, Comedy Central's "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" dishes up some of the best news and political commentary out there, often putting "real" news networks to shame with sharp questions and candid interviews. Find balance—or pretend to—by following it up with "The Colbert Report", in which comedian Stephen Colbert makes his point about news and views from the other side of the political aisle. Sure, he's not really a conservative, but he plays one on TV, and brilliantly.

"Phineas and Ferb"
The Disney channel hits a home run with "Phineas and Ferb", a cartoon about two precocious brothers who are determined to make the most out of every day of summer vacation by figuring out ways to make the impossible happen in real life. It also features a positive blended family situation, fun sibling dynamics, an evil villain who creates outlandish inventions, and an unlikely superhero/spy. Creative, intelligent, and interesting.

Top 10 Human Movies

Every year, pundits tell us that audiences are getting dumber, that studios are producing nothing but lowest-common-denominator drivel, and every year, audiences and artists prove them both right and wrong. For every "Yogi Bear" and "Skyline," there was a "Black Swan" and "The Fighter," movies that showed audiences want to be challenged and moved. No matter how discouraging a year's output might be, there are always movies that make the dreck worthwhile.

To start a yearly tradition at The Projector, we present the Top 10 Movie Humans Of The Year, the 10 people who had the best year, who most affected how we experienced the year. These are people who had success, who broke through, who provided the most lasting memories of 2010. These are people who will always remember 2010, and the reasons we will do the same.

First, our honorable mentions: Ben Affleck, Darren Aronofsky, Banksy, Lisa Cholodenko, Alex Gibney, Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, Hans Zimmer and "Mark Zuckerberg."

And now, to the top 10 Movie Humans Of 2010.
10. Sylvester Stallone.

"The Expendables" might not have been the best movie in the world -- we more enjoyed Sly's two other recent comeback vehicles, "Rocky Balboa" and "Rambo" -- but it was the biggest hit Stallone has had in 25 years. (That's older than a few people on our list.) We're always told that The Movie Star is dead, but Sly, with an all-star cast of aging action heroes, reminded us that, sometimes, a familiar face is all we want. A familiar face that is preferably punching other, less familiar faces.

9. Michelle Williams

No one will ever think of her as the "Dawson's Creek" actress again, or even as Heath Ledger's ex. She was the beating heart of "Shutter Island" at the beginning of the year but knocked everybody's socks off in "Blue Valentine" at the end of it, a role that's almost certain to earn the second Oscar nomination of her career. And look out: Next year she's playing Marilyn Monroe.

8. Andrew Garfield

In July, Columbia Pictures announced that Garfield would play Spider-Man in Marc Webb's upcoming reboot. Few knew who he was then, but they sure do now. Garfield gave soulful performances in both "Never Let Me Go" and "The Social Network," the latter of which will likely win him an Oscar nomination next month. No one can ever guess how an actor's career will turn out, but it'd be difficult to have a more metoric rise than Garfield had this year.
7. Leonardo DiCaprio

Of the top 20 grossing movies of the year, two of them were smartly made, thoughtful adult thrillers made by serious visionary directors. Both of them starred DiCaprio. At this point, his very presence assures a certain guarantee of quality; you can argue he hasn't made a truly bad movie in more than a decade.
