imothy J. Flint and Gary Kuchta have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 7101 Macapa Drive in Hollywood for $1.739 million.
Ronald Goldhammer of Prudential CA-Beverly Hills is the listing agent. Flint and Kuchta bought the property for $1.86 million on May 2006. The 2,451-square-foot house was built in 1957.
Gary Kuchta is the vice president of marketing at Pharmavite LLC, a dietary supplements company. Previously, he was the marketing director of Unilever, manufacturer and distributors of home goods, food and beverage items, dairy and personal care products.
Kuchta attended The University of Chicago-Booth School of Business, and the University of Notre Dame.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 620 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $765,000.
